Arthritis Movement is Essential

Arthritis hurts! Reducing arthritis by reintroduction of proper functional movement is slow and can be measured by inches but there will be progress. The temptation is the use of drugs and/or joint replacement which is understandable; however the immune system is still weakened and the cause is waiting to attack other joints.

Physicians are now recommending physical activity to help arthritis patients increase mobility, and some government programs are increasing funding to programs that teach patients how to take an active role in managing arthritis. 

Without exercise, your joints can become even more stiff and painful. This happens because exercise actually keeps your bones, muscles, and joints healthy.

Arthritis Seems to Seek out Quiet Spots

Medical researches have found that white blood cells will assault heart muscle tissue that is deprived of oxygen during a heart attack. The same thing may be happening in joints with arthritis. An inactive joint is not properly oxygenated.

>Each part of the body gets exactly what it needs to accomplish its task. It seems "no work no pay" is the motto of the Body. Maintaining motion is essential. Decrease motion or immobilization an arthritis will gradually escalate.


 A Healthy Immune System Depends on Motion

The joint that doesn't move in a functional way and in sufficient amounts becomes one that cannot move at all Synovial membrane that surrounds the joint begins to flood the capsule with fluid at the first sign of white cell invasion. The synovia's job is to lubricate the joint and and to keep protecting the joint to the point of injecting so much lubricant that the join becomes water-logged to the point of immobility. Don't blame the joint it's doing its design function. It has been begging to have more movement even to the point of pain.

Pain has nothing to do with poor design, nothing to do with our age, and nothing to do with genetics. We are not fragile, we're not overly complicated, and we do have all the abilities necessary to get well.

You have two choices: you can change the stimulus or you can change the environment. Those are the only two choices you have

The body always remembers its design memory, so when you start changing the stimulus with exercises the body has no choice, it changes. The goal is to allow the body to return to its birthright, its design template, and it can because it never forgets the memory. All we're doing is providing the necessary stimulus by doing the simple exercises.
