Back Pain
Back pain has an underlying cause or a dysfunction that causes the pain. If you don't correct the cause behind the pain you experience chronic pain.
An Individual with a posterior tilt (pelvis tilted under) has a weak upper torso and hips. If they do heavy lifting, the muscles of the lower back are already stressed because the S curve of the spine has flatten.
These muscles need to keep the spine intact which they can barely do because of the tilted pelvis. So when you add the stress of lifting... Something must give!
The extra work comes in the form of extra flexion which causes pain and injury to discs in the spine. In Posture Alignment therapy we remove the dysfunction by getting the pelvis positioned properly.
"Until you recognize the need, the absolute requirement for taking responsibility, you will not succeed. Once you do accept the responsibility , however, Our system never fails. Never. No drugs no surgery, no machines, no miracles. Just you. A normal person doing normal things."
The Signs of Dysfunction are All Around US
Forward hinged shoulders, forward head, everted feet, and rounded flexed spines are becoming the everyday new norm. First we loose function, soon to be followed by pain.
Lack of proper motion like sitting at a desk, standing at a job, or repetitive motion creates problems even at a young age. It doesn't need to be that way!
The Body is telling you to Move!
Moving hurts as we loose function. First you can't run, and than walking is no longer enjoyable. Modern technology has a way of helping us not to move.
We don't need to move to watch movies, play video games or use computers, however there is a high price when the body lacks proper stimulus.
The body is a great energy manager, if you don't use a muscle it
goes dormant. When that happens the body starts to
compensate by shifting its center of gravity or eliciting other
muscles that are not designed for the task.

Our Therapy
Starts from
the "Beginning" the Body's Design
The feet are designed to point
straight ahead. The pelvis is designed to be level.
Kneecaps need to point straight ahead. Ears are aligned with
shoulders, shoulders aligned to the hips, hips aligned to the
knees, and the knees align to the ankle.
You change your alignment by doing simple E-cises. Since muscles move bones, we simply strengthening, lengthening and relax muscles. This repositions your bones and improves your alignment. Once you stop compensating you return to your active life.
Body's Design Restored by functional
Exercises
The body
always remembers its design memory, so when you start changing
the stimulus with exercises the body has no choice, it changes.
The goal is to allow the body to return to its birthright, its
design template, and it can because it never forgets the memory.
All we're doing is providing the necessary stimulus by doing the
simple exercises.
